My name is Matteo Binda. I've lived my first 23 years in my natal city, Lecco. After the Scientific High School I've started university in Milan taking a Bachelor Degree in Biotecnology in 2003. In 2004 I moved to Leuven (Belgium) as Erasmus student to finish my studies and in 2005 I got the Master Degree in Farmacogemics. Nowadays, I'm working in Geneva (Switzerland) as assistant, where I'm doing a PhD in Biochemistry that should be finish for the end of 2009.

Photography for me is just a hobby, not a job. As soon as I can I take my Canon 300D and I walk around the city or in the silence of nature. Sometimes I try to build a simple set for some still life. That's all, I don't have any pretention, I just show you what I see...
